Special Talk with Beth Nicely & Dr. Jaime Knopman

We are so excited to announce this special complimentary event with our community! Our founder, Beth Nicely, and her good friend Dr. Jaime Knopman will be hosting a talk on Fertility, Pregnancy, and Postpartum with an emphasis on exercise during that time. They will answer all of your questions from a medical and training perspective, as well as address common misinformation. Knowledge is power, especially during this unique time in a woman’s life, and they are eager to share as much information as they can to help you in your journey. This event will be great whether you had a child years ago, are currently pregnant, considering getting pregnant, or just want to know this information as a woman. Both Beth and Jaime are marathoners, exercise enthusiasts, and strongly believe in the importance of exercise throughout all stages of life. Beth, founder of The Limit, has 13 years of experience in training individuals pre/postpartum. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). She’s is a certified pre/postnatal specialist, and a certified corrective exercise specialist. Beth has a been a professional dancer in New York City for 21 years, which includes 6 Broadway shows, a Radio City Rockette, as well as film and TV work as a dancer and choreographer. Beth is also a new mom to her baby girl, Ella (5 months). Jaime M. Knopman, M.D., is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with years of experience in IVF treatment, IUI treatment, PCOS treatment, gestational surrogacy, and many other areas. She serves as the Director of Fertility Preservation for CCRM Fertility of New York. She completed both her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from NYU Medical Center. Prior to joining CCRM Fertility of New York, Dr. Knopman was an Assistant Clinical Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is also a mom to two girls, Charley and Blake. All class cancelations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the start of any scheduled class. If you cancel a session that you booked using a class pack, it will automatically be added back to your class pack, to be used again on another booking. If you cancel a class that you have purchased individually, please contact email@example.com to book another session or to be refunded.
