A full body strength class

Service Description

This is a full body strength class working upper body, lower body and core. We’ll use two heavier weights (10lbs or any weight that works for you) and this functional training will challenge every muscle in your body. This class is incredibly important for your joints and overall physical health.

Cancellation Policy

All class cancelations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the start of any scheduled class. You can do so in the "My Bookings" section of your account profile at thelimitfit.com. https://www.thelimitfit.com/account/my-bookings. If you cancel a session that you booked using a class pack, it will automatically be added back to your class pack, to be used again on another booking.  If you cancel a class that you have purchased individually, please contact info@thelimitfit.com to book another session or to be refunded. All personal training cancelations or reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to the start of any scheduled session. To do so, please email info@thelimitfit.com.
