Tone (45 min, In Person Class)

 

Free, in-person toning class.  Masks are optional if you are vaccinated.

We are excited for this The Limit x Creator House special summer series!

 

Tone is a 45 minute full body toning class using just your body weight and a mat (provided).  You’ll do functional strength work that will leave you feeling strong and balanced.  Feel free to bring your own light wrist/ankle weights for added resistance!
